Apple launches status page for dev portal as it recovers from breach

Apple’s developer portal is still offline as the company works to "completely overhaul" its infrastructure following a security breach last week. Today, Cupertino is opening up about its progress with a new status page, indicating which parts of the developer site are back online.


The iTunes Connect payment mechanism and bug reporter are now up, but developers looking to get their apps ready for Apple’s new operating systems will notice that there’s still a way to go. The videos and pre-release documentation explaining what's new are still offline, although they’re next on the list for fixes, alongside the developer forums and manager for certificates and device profiles needed to add beta testers.
