The insane, physics-defying new tracks of 'Mario Kart 8'


The Wii U needs help, and that help is coming soon — May 30th will see the long-awaited release of Mario Kart 8, quite possibly Nintendo's most popular series after Pokemon. The kart racer introduces a handful of changes to the well-worn formula, including a new anti-gravity mode that allows for some truly crazy new track designs.


If you thought Rainbow Road was tough before, you haven't seen anything yet. There's also new vehicles to drive, new characters to play as, and useful new items....
