The Detroit Red Wings on Monday recalled forward Eric Tangradi from the Griffins and reassigned goaltender Jake Paterson from the Griffins to the ECHL’s Toledo Walleye. In addition, the Griffins signed goaltender Jeff Lerg to a professional tryout.
