Oliver Bjorkstrand scored on a one-timer from the left circle at 12:23 of overtime on Thursday to give the Lake Erie Monsters a 3-2 victory over the Griffins in Game 1 of the Central Division Finals at Quicken Loans Arena. Lake Erie will host Game 2 of the best-of-seven series on Saturday at noon.
