Two years and tens of millions of YouTube hits after its debut, the iconic trailer for Dead Island still commands a passionate audience of fans. A group of them have put together the live action remake below, recreating the slow-motion reverse chronology of an island holiday gone terribly for a young family. Almost everything from the original has been preserved, including the disquietingly serene soundtrack and gratuitous splashes of blood. For comparison, we've also included the classic CGI trailer as well.
