Microsoft is set to open up registration for its 2013 Build conference today. Scheduled to start on June 26th in San Francisco, the annual developer conference will this year serve as a platform for the grand unveiling of the "Blue" Windows 8 update, which will reportedly be named Windows 8.1. Microsoft is also expected to release a public preview of the OS at the event.
A milestone build of Blue has already been extensively leaked and previewed on video, but we expect Microsoft will have more to show us this June.
