Atheer, a tiny startup in Mountain View, California, is literally surrounded by Google. It's a block away from Google's HQ, with Google buildings practically every direction you look when you walk out the front door. And yet, right under Google's nose, the company's building a device that's a lot like Google Glass: an augmented reality headset that actually uses Android to display its applications.
