The second season of House of Cards isn't set to air until next year, but Netflix is in talks to produce a third season, despite earlier indications that the second season would be its last. "Our intent is that the show keep going for sure," said Netflix chief content officer Ted Sarandos in a keynote speech for Film Independent on Saturday. "It was a 26-episode commitment. It was not our intent that it just run for two seasons." Later, Sarandos confirmed to Deadline that talks were ongoing.
