If you were glued to the VMAs last night, you might have passed over an unrelated bit of Kim Kardashian news. Kardashian gained the FDA's attention earlier this month after posting glowing endorsements of a morning sickness drug, and last night, under the agency's orders, she posted a "corrective ad" with the drug's side effects.
The FDA's order said a post praising the drug Diclegis "omits material facts," and required a new post from the makers of the drug, Duchesnay, Inc. The FDA also asked that the new post "be distributed using the same media."
