Notorious internet troll Andrew Auernheimer — better known as weev — may have been found guilty of identity fraud and conspiracy for his involvement in the AT&T iPad security breach, but his strange and erratic behavior doesn’t begin and end with that case. Gawker accompanied weev in the weeks during the trial, trying to better understand the man while outlining the history of his trolls, conquests, and accomplishments. As the profile notes, weev himself isn’t exactly a reliable source, but it’s a fascinating look into one of the minds behind Goatse Security.
